Bakery Team Member
Tasks
- Producing doughs, mixtures, baked goods and breads (bench work)
- Operating ovens and baking focaccia and sweet pastries
- Preparing and processing glazes and fillings
- Setting up and presenting the range
- Direct customer contact in our open natural bakery
- Preparing cakes, cakes, daily desserts and patisserie
- General preparatory work and mise en place
- Work safety, hygiene and cleanliness according to HACCP standards
Requirements
- Enjoyment in handling baked goods
- Professional experience as a baker or completed baker apprenticeship EFZ/EBA
- Good knowledge of German
- Positive appearance, friendly and motivated
- Team player, good organisational skills
- Flexible in time and mobile (evening and weekend shifts)
- Criminal record extract without entry (required for the security area of the airport)
