Senior Project Manager Technology 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Leadership and realisation of complex technical projects throughout the entire project cycle - from the initial design to successful commissioning

• Management of investment projects, maintenance measures as well as construction and partial construction projects

• Implementation of modern automation and digitalisation technologies to optimise operational processes and increase productivity

• Ensuring compliance with budgetary, scheduling and quality requirements as well as legal requirements and safety standards, including systematic risk management

• Coordination and alignment with internal departments, external suppliers and all relevant project participants

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical basic training with higher qualification (HF/FH/ETH) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or industrial engineering

• Solid professional experience of at least 5 years in project management of complex technical projects in the industrial sector, including proven success in managing suppliers, customers and stakeholders

• Proficient use of Excel at an advanced level

• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written

• Analytical thinking, pragmatic approach and assertiveness, combined with excellent communication skills

• Hands-on mentality and willingness to contribute operationally in the business if required
