Your tasks
- Processing admissions to master’s studies
- Processing requests for recognition of prior studies
- Handling specific requests and preparing decisions, including document analysis
- Administrative management of the Faculty’s accounts and funds
- Management and processing of invoices for the Dean’s Office
- Secretariat of the Faculty Funds Commission
- Secretariat of the Honours Commission
- Reception of students and responding to enquiries by phone and in writing
- Participation in events aimed at students
Desired profile
- Bachelor’s degree, or at minimum, federal diploma/certificate or ES diploma with several years of professional experience
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to work on projects independently or as part of a team
- Resilient and flexible personality with excellent communication skills
- Understanding and ability to interpret legal texts
- Comfortable with IT tools and interested in learning new applications
- Proficiency in German with excellent spoken and written French (level C1) or proficiency in French with excellent spoken and written German (level C1)
