Job Description
- Interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration with various professional groups
- Care of patients during inpatient treatment with a focus on rheumatology, internal medicine, and psychiatry
- Recognising and acting appropriately in crisis situations
- Contributing to the further development of nursing in the inpatient setting
- Recording and evaluating nursing actions including according to NANDA
- Working in a three-shift system
Qualifications
- Training as a nursing specialist HF
- Further training as a Pain Nurse desired
- High professional and social competence
- Resilient and flexible personality with a strong sense of responsibility
- Teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
- Passion for the profession and empathy for patients
- Very good IT skills
- Good German skills, spoken and written
- French skills desired
- Returnees are welcome
