Medication Clerk (m/f/d)
How you contribute:
- Clarifying the obligation to provide benefits and calculating benefits according to legal and contractual provisions, taking into account internal guidelines in the area of medications
- Correct and timely processing of medication benefits
- Independently answering written or oral enquiries from customers or service providers
- Ensuring legal, tariff, and medical review for cost coverage requests in the area of medications
- Cross-team collaboration and support
- Supporting the team with queries
Your profile:
- Ideally, you have completed your training as a pharmacy specialist (formerly pharmaceutical assistant) and have already gained experience in a commercial environment. Basic medical knowledge is required.
- You are willing to acquire or already possess specialist knowledge in the health insurance sector.
- You appreciate independent work and have a careful working style.
- You enjoy administrative and varied tasks.
- You are a team player, resilient, and work customer-oriented while maintaining the necessary confidentiality.
- You have excellent German language skills, both spoken and written. Knowledge of French, Italian, and/or English is a great advantage.
