As an HR Operations Specialist, you are part of the Talent Team Competence Center Switzerland.
Your main tasks
- You take full responsibility for all core HR administrative tasks and ensure timely and precise handling of various HR correspondences
- For complex inquiries, you act as 2nd level support for the offshore shared service center and handle requests on everyday HR topics such as working conditions, absences, and working hours
- In this trusted role, you are the interface to our internal stakeholders and authorities, coordinate and optimize core HR processes, and support escalations of existing HR processes within your area of responsibility.
- Creation of periodic HR reports for internal and/or external use
- Support in projects to optimize HR processes
- Management of HR mail (including receipt and dispatch of documents)
What we are looking for
- Commercial or academic basic training and HR extension (e.g., HR clerk) is mandatory
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in HR operations in Switzerland, ideally in a service company with an international orientation
- Solid know-how in Swiss labor law
- Affinity for HR administrative tasks
- Independent working, discretion and quality awareness, a healthy degree of assertiveness as well as organizational talent to handle multiple tasks in parallel
- The ability to navigate a very dynamic work environment where no day is like the other
- Team spirit as well as the willingness to offer collegial support and contribute to joint success through open communication
- Motivation for continuous development of personal and team competencies as well as proactive engagement as an ambassador of our "One Talent Team" culture
- Strong communication skills, initiative, service orientation, a winning demeanor, and joy in dealing with people from various cultures
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form are required, French is an advantage. Also a high affinity for handling IT user programs and HR tools (Excel, Outlook, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central)
