Your mission:

Participate in the development of employees' skills corresponding to the company's needs by ensuring the implementation of the concept and training programs.

Your responsibilities:

Ensure the implementation of the training concept corresponding to the company's needs

• Process training requests and ensure the realization of training programs within the defined budget
• Stay informed about developments and technological advancements related to training and educational tools and propose necessary adjustments

Ensure the organization, evaluation, and follow-up of training sessions

• Occasionally design training programs tailored to the specific needs of employees.
• Develop training synergies with other partners (internal and external), detect and, if applicable, enhance the potential of internal trainers.
• Coordinate training-related activities (reservations, invitations, etc.)
• Act as a key user for training management software and train and assist users on these tools.
• Evaluate the quality of training (satisfaction, learning outcomes, transfer, ROI, etc.) and propose necessary adjustments if needed.

Your skills:

• Adult trainer qualification and at least 2 years of experience in the field
• Skills in training project management preferably covering the company's areas of activity
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Autonomy and ability to work in a team
• Native French or German speaker with good oral and written knowledge of the other language.
