Corporate Lawyer for Start-ups (EN/FR) (m/f/d) – 80–100%

Excellent command of French and English is essential to effectively support our clients.

Your tasks:

• Advise young entrepreneurs on legal matters
• Carry out company formations and amendments in the commercial register
• Draft various contracts for your clients

Your profile:

• Master’s degree in law (a lawyer’s licence is an asset for this position but not essential)
• Rigorous, autonomous and solution-oriented working method
• Interest in an advisory role and the entrepreneurial ecosystem
• Excellent command of French and English
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
