Key Account Manager in Healthcare (80 – 100%)

Your tasks include
- You are responsible for the strategic management and further development of a defined key account portfolio in healthcare
- You build long-term, partnership-based relationships with decision-makers and relevant stakeholders and actively maintain them
- You develop and implement key account strategies – including sales, growth, and retention targets
- You provide comprehensive advice to your key accounts on our services and products and develop customer-specific solutions
- You conduct strategic customer meetings, reviews, presentations, and negotiations – on-site or digitally
- You are responsible for contract negotiations, framework agreements, and successful closures
- You work closely with internal departments (service, product management, technical, etc.) to ensure optimal customer support
- You monitor market and competitive trends and identify new business potentials early
- You are proficient in German, both spoken and written; English or another Swiss national language is an advantage
Your profile
- You have several years of experience in key account management or strategic account management, ideally in hospitals/healthcare with an existing network
- You have experience managing major clients and handling complex decision-making processes
- You convince with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at all hierarchical levels
- You think strategically, entrepreneurially, and are strongly results-oriented. You work independently, structured, and goal-oriented
- You have a high affinity for digital solutions, CRM systems, and modern tools
- You are familiar with the Swiss healthcare system and know the processes and structures in hospitals
- You think entrepreneurially and have the desire and drive to push things forward
- Practical experience with clinical information systems, possibly KISIM, is an advantage
