Our partner is a company operating in the field of precision mechanics and develops high value-added technical solutions for demanding industrial sectors. As part of its development, it is currently seeking a Quality Manager responsible for leading the quality management system, strengthening the quality culture, and supporting the continuous improvement of processes. This position offers a cross-functional view of the organisation and allows interaction with all departments in a modern and stimulating environment.
Your tasks with your new employer
• You lead the quality management system as a whole and actively contribute to its evolution to ensure process compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement of the company’s performance
• You work closely with various departments to develop a genuine quality culture, support teams in best practices, and strengthen the control of internal and external requirements
• You coordinate audits, analyse quality indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and implement concrete actions to sustainably optimise the organisation’s processes
• You act as the primary contact for external partners and clients on quality-related matters, while consolidating a trust-based relationship founded on operational excellence
• You participate in the company’s strategic reflections and provide your expertise to support decisions related to compliance, performance, and the improvement of working methods
You offer your new employer
• You hold a technical qualification in an industrial field complemented by a recognised specialisation or expertise in quality management and quality systems
• You have proven experience in a similar role and an in-depth knowledge of continuous improvement approaches as well as quality management systems is a real advantage
• You are proficient with common office tools such as Microsoft Office and comfortable with management software, computerised quality systems, as well as data tracking and analysis tools
• You demonstrate leadership, listening skills, analytical thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills while appreciating cross-functional work and exchanges with diverse contacts
