Nursing Expert Medicine 60-70%
Your Tasks
- With your advanced clinical expertise, you advise and support our nursing teams.
- You actively shape nursing development in your area of responsibility.
- You develop and evaluate internal hospital and overarching work instructions and standards.
- You plan and conduct training sessions, short courses, and case discussions and work as an internal lecturer.
- You actively participate in projects and topic-specific working groups or take on leadership.
- With your expertise, you support the specialist nurses in your area of responsibility.
- In complex patient situations, you apply your expertise directly in nursing and conduct assessments, consultations, and symptom management.
- On occasional days, you work directly at the patient’s bedside.
Your Profile
- Completed MScN degree (or currently training for MScN)
- Several years of professional experience in an acute hospital.
- Enjoy working in interprofessional teams.
- An empathetic, flexible, and committed personality with strong communication skills.
- Enjoy developing professional nursing further.
- An independent working style and a high quality awareness.
