Your Tasks
- Ensuring cleanliness and a well-maintained overall condition of buildings and outdoor areas
- Independently performing cleaning and maintenance work according to operational needs, possibly also at irregular working hours
- Coordinating, organising and supervising the deployment of cleaning staff as well as ensuring cover during illness or holidays
- Operational management and supervision of external service providers commissioned for cleaning work at the main site and at branch locations
- Operational management of the cleaning area and control of the corresponding budget in cooperation with the management
- Managing stocks of cleaning agents and materials
- Procurement and provision of suitable products taking ecological criteria into account
- Ensuring consistently high cleaning quality, guaranteeing continuity during absences and reporting situations requiring special measures
- Assisting with snow clearance and securing building access during the winter period
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure high work quality
Desired Profile
- Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) as Specialist in Facility Maintenance or equivalent qualification
- Proven professional experience in building cleaning and maintenance
- Good knowledge of cleaning techniques as well as handling cleaning machines and equipment
- Independent, organised and versatile personality
- Ability to coordinate internal teams and external cleaning services as well as quality assurance, combined with a strong sense of responsibility
- Basic knowledge of budget management and cost control
- Careful and proactive working style as well as organisational, communication and prioritisation skills
- Team player, sensitivity to environmental issues and strong service orientation
- Driving licence category B, forklift licence as well as training certificate or permit for operating aerial work platforms
- Proficiency in German or French and good knowledge of the other language
