- Handle all administrative HR tasks from onboarding to offboarding.
- Process payroll and manage salary statements efficiently.
- Oversee health and accident reports and liaise with insurance partners.
Skills
- You should have a completed Kaufmann/Kauffrau EFZ training and HR qualifications.
- Solid knowledge of labor and social insurance laws required.
- 2-3 years of HR experience, including payroll processing.
