Pension Specialist (m/f/d)

Work location Canton of Graubünden

Employment Permanent position (full-time/part-time by arrangement)

Start date 1 October 2026 or by arrangement

Target group Pension professionals with further training & service orientation

Your main tasks

• Support of the insured and employer portal as well as processing of monthly payroll interfaces

• Handling all mutations (entries/exits, WEF advances, purchases, divorce settlements)

• Support in benefit cases in cooperation with reinsurance

• Representation of the institution during employer visits, webinars and lectures

• Active participation in digitalisation projects and process optimisation

Your profile

• Extensive professional experience & further training in occupational pension provision (e.g. specialist for personnel pension with FA)

• Independent, structured working style with high customer and advisory competence

• Confident manner for presentations and training

• Knowledge of the SwissPension administration system as well as knowledge of other cantonal languages is an advantage
