Your area of responsibility

• You are responsible for supporting and assessing our trainees and helping them to realise their potential and provide them with first-class training
• You support and accompany our vocational trainer
• You are the contact person for educational matters for all involved
• You act as a coach for the trainees
• You are responsible for fulfilling the training mandate and assessing the training status as well as conducting competency assessments
• You work closely with internal and external services and coordinate the final examinations
• You recruit the trainees
