In Radiology at Asana Hospital Leuggern, you combine operational and personnel management with the professional development of the team. You ensure clear processes, high examination quality and good cooperation with referrers. The position is available immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks
- You actively work in the team and, in addition to your leadership duties, also take on tasks in day-to-day operations.
- You take on the operational and personnel management of Radiology in Leuggern and promote the professional as well as personal development of the team.
- You organise the daily workflows and ensure an efficient and reliable operation.
- You review and optimise processes as well as examination protocols and contribute your own ideas for the further development of Radiology.
- You monitor performance recording and ensure that the QM documents are current and complete.
- You are responsible for the quality of examinations and the correct provision of services.
- You maintain contact with referrers and ensure constructive collaboration.
- You accompany and supervise students during their training and support them in their professional development.
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a certified radiology specialist HF.
- You bring solid professional experience in Radiology. Leadership experience is an advantage.
- You lead employees in a motivating and appreciative manner and promote open collaboration.
- You have a strong quality and service awareness and are committed to reliable patient care.
- You work independently, team-oriented and responsibly and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
- You communicate clearly and professionally and appreciate exchange with different professional groups.
