Advising Sarah and Louis on financing their car, opening an account for little Théa who has just been born, helping Isabelle prepare for her retirement or Mehdi finance his studies… On a daily basis, as well as during key moments in life, you support your clients in developing their projects.

You will join a welcoming, supportive team and your manager will guide you throughout your journey to develop a high level of expertise recognised among our advisors.

Specifically, you will be expected to:

• Support and advise your clients by offering products and investments tailored to their needs (mortgage, savings, consumer credit, insurance, etc.) to build customer loyalty

• Contribute to the dynamism of your branch by developing your portfolio through acquiring new clients and their recommendations

• Analyse your clients’ financial situation and the risks related to transactions

• Work in synergy with experts within the Bank to support you in your clients’ specific projects (wealth management, zero-interest loans, etc.)

• Develop clients’ autonomy by promoting digital tools to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.

• You know how to persuade and demonstrate pedagogy towards your clients

• Organised and rigorous, you know how to prioritise your actions

As a recent graduate, you hold a Master’s degree (Bac +5) in commercial, banking, financial or insurance fields with initial experience in the banking or financial sector (internship, work-study, fixed-term contract). You are familiar with the financial, legal and tax basics related to your activity.

Experienced candidates have two years or more managing a portfolio of retail clients in the banking sector. You possess financial, legal and tax skills related to your activity.

Within six months of starting your position, you may be required to obtain the AMF certification.

Compensation package: Fixed €31,000 - €44,000 depending on experience, Variable, Profit-sharing, Participation
