About the job
To complement our bodywork paint team in Adliswil, we are looking for a committed, personable, and dynamic individual as
Bodywork Painter Adliswil 100% Your tasks:
- You are responsible for the professional execution of all bodywork painting tasks on BMW/MINI vehicles
- You are familiar with the AW specifications and comply with them to the satisfaction of our customers.
- You inform the paint shop management about necessary order extensions and carry them out after approval by processing the customer orders 100%.
- You advise the paint shop management on improvement suggestions in the areas of work quality, work performance, and required equipment at your workplace.
- You communicate immediately with the paint shop management in case of work interruptions due to additional required tasks, difficulties, missing parts, and time or deadline overruns.
- You take care of tools, operating equipment, work clothing, and advocate for the economical use of the provided operating resources.
- You accompany our bodywork apprentices as a trainer until their professional qualification.
Our desired profile:
- Completed apprenticeship as a certified bodywork painter (EFZ)
- At least 3 years of professional experience after vocational training in the same role
- Professional experience with the automotive brands BMW and MINI is an advantage
- Teamwork skills, flexibility, organizational talent, commitment
- Enjoy working with people
- High willingness to learn
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Driver's license category B
- Trainer certificate for bodywork painters is an advantage
