CNC Polymechanic 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Operation and professional setup of CNC lathes according to technical drawings and specifications

• Independent programming and optimisation of CNC programmes for production

• Continuous monitoring and control of the production process to ensure smooth operation

• Carrying out quality checks of manufactured parts according to specified specifications and tolerances using measuring instruments

• Ensuring timely production in high quality while adhering to all relevant standards

• Independent implementation of technical instructions and directives from the supervisor

• Documentation of production data and reporting of deviations or malfunctions

• Support of the logistics department as needed and participation in cross-departmental tasks

• Carrying out maintenance and cleaning work on the machines as well as minor repair measures within the scope of responsibility

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training as a production mechanic or a comparable technical qualification (alternatively, many years of solid professional experience in the CNC field)

• Proven experience in CNC turning

• Strong quality awareness and sense of responsibility

• Independent, structured and precise way of working

• Good German language skills in spoken and written form for daily communication
