Job Description

Your GRAND Duties:

• You lead our kitchen professionally and organisationally.
• You develop creative and seasonal menus together with the team.
• You ensure a smooth operation in the daily kitchen routine.
• You lead, motivate and train the kitchen team.
• You monitor compliance with hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP.
• You plan the procurement of goods and control stock levels as well as food costs.
• You ensure consistently high quality and appealing presentation of the dishes.
• You supervise the training of our apprentices in the kitchen.

Qualifications

Your GRAND Skills:

• You have completed training as a cook/chef.
• You have already gained professional experience in upscale gastronomy and hospitality.
• You have a well-groomed appearance.
• You are passionate and can work in all kitchen stations.
• You have a structured, organised and creative way of working.
• You possess a high level of quality awareness.
• You are resilient, reliable and work independently.
• Teamwork and good communication skills characterise you.
• You are a service-oriented personality with attention to detail and perfection.
• German and English language skills.
• Professional experience in Switzerland is an advantage.
