About the job
Your responsibilities
- Participate in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place under the supervision of the kitchen team
- Provide support for hot and cold production, plating, and service preparation
- Participate in service and restocking according to the establishment's needs
- Strictly adhere to hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Ensure cleaning, tidying, and maintenance of premises, workstations, kitchen equipment, and utensils
- Actively collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive and efficient working atmosphere
Your profile
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a cook or equivalent
- Experience in collective or traditional catering, ideally in a school environment
- Organisational skills, rigour, and autonomy
- Team spirit and a caring attitude
- Fluent French,
- We offer you an 80% position on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
