Polymechanic - CNC Manufacturing with CAM Software

• Set up and operate 5-axis milling machines based on 3D data and manufacturing orders
• Create new CNC programmes and optimise existing programmes to improve processes
• Perform maintenance and cleaning of CNC milling machines

• Experience in programming CNC-controlled machines
• Knowledge of CAM software, ideally Tebis, as well as Heidenhain control
• Proficient handling of large workpieces including operation of overhead cranes
• Independent, responsible working style with willingness to learn and contribute to production
• Teamwork, flexibility, and reliable adherence to quality requirements and deadlines
