To strengthen its structure, the manufacture is seeking a Production Manager capable of structuring and energising production operations, ensuring impeccable quality and controlled deadlines.
Your tasks with your new employer
- You define the strategic organisation of production workshops by optimising manufacturing flows and managing absolute quality standards
- You lead and coordinate operational teams, guiding them in the complete mastery of specialised watchmaking operations: pre-assembly, precise assembly, movement control and casing finishes
- You actively participate in the continuous optimisation of processes by performing fine adjustments, designing innovative prototypes and directly contributing to research and development initiatives
- You collaborate on cross-functional improvement and development projects, working closely with various departments to anticipate market transformations

- You hold a professional watchmaker qualification with exceptional mastery of casing techniques and a thorough knowledge of all watchmaking operations
- You have solid and proven experience in a similar position within a high-end manufacture or structure, having demonstrated your ability to lead teams and optimise complex processes
- You have confirmed proficiency with IT tools such as the Office suite and ERP systems
- You embody a committed and enterprising personality with a genuine capacity for initiative, demonstrating a natural aptitude for teamwork in a constantly evolving environment, capable of uniting others around ambitious goals
