Job Description

Your mission

As the first point of contact for patients and referrers, you provide a warm and professional welcome, manage the administrative handling of medical records and coordinate appointments within the centre.

Your responsibilities

• Welcome, inform and guide patients with a service-oriented attitude, managing difficult situations with diplomacy and empathy
• Handle the centre’s telephone reception and via the group Call Centre, schedule examinations and manage diaries
• Create, complete and update patients’ electronic records via Xplore
• Check the compliance of files (LAMal, LAA, AI insurance data), carry out necessary follow-ups
• Ensure billing and payment collection via EOpale applying TARDOC tariff bases
• Verify the secure sending of medical reports to referrers and manage any corrections
• Participate in the integration of new colleagues and the continuous improvement of services

Profile sought

Your profile

• Medical secretary diploma or equivalent qualification (commercial employee CFC accepted)
• Proven experience in medical secretarial work, ideally in radiology
• Excellent oral and written expression, active listening, sense of service and welcome
• Proficiency with IT tools; knowledge of the Swiss health system (LAMal, LAA, AI)
• Autonomy, organisation, flexibility and team spirit
• Discretion and strict sense of confidentiality
