Sanitary Clerk in Internal Service 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Your area of responsibility primarily includes the calculation and preparation of quotations as well as the processing of orders

• You are the central contact point for all telephone customer enquiries from our mainly commercial clientele in the sanitary sector

• In this context, you answer questions, clarify issues and professionally and solution-orientedly handle complaints if necessary

• Additional administrative tasks such as receiving and recording orders as well as obtaining quotations and technical drawings from suppliers complete your versatile range of duties

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed training in the field of sanitary, building services engineering or interior construction - alternatively, you have completed commercial training with a technical background or a strong affinity for interior construction

• You are confident in handling IT systems and proficient in the common MS Office programmes

• You convince with strong communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude and a high awareness of quality

• Your strengths lie in detail-oriented and team-oriented working methods

• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
