Your Tasks
You will take on tasks in clinical social counselling in cooperation with the case-leading therapists. Involving the interdisciplinary team, you will accompany and support our patients and their relatives within the framework of treatment goals during their inpatient stay. You will advise our patients on social and labour law issues and mediate between patients and social partners. You will accompany the discharge planning.
Your Profile
You have a completed degree in social work (university, HFS, FH) or an equivalent education and training with proven professional experience, ideally in a clinical environment. You are service-oriented and reliable in communication. You are flexible in work planning and have a structured way of working. Comprehensive knowledge of the Swiss health and insurance system is assumed.
