Support of the People & Culture department management in operational and administrative matters as well as taking over representation in case of absence
- Support in the recruitment process including apprentices & interns
- Management of job postings and application receipts
- Assistance in the care and advice of employees from entry to exit
- Contact person for employees, managing directors and department heads for various administrative and process-related questions
- Compliance with the L-GAV and the labor law
- Support in the maintenance and control of the Mirus time recording system
- Correspondence and contact maintenance with various partners
- Active participation in various HR projects
- Support in the management of all employee accommodations
Your profile
- Commercial training, hotel management school or higher technical (university) education with sound knowledge in human resources
- Further training in the field of human resources
Several years of professional experience in human resources
Good knowledge of social and insurance matters and the relevant laws (L-GAV, labor law and OR)
Experience in the use of HR systems (e.g. Mirus, Abacus etc.)
Discreet, solution-oriented and communicative personality
- Fluent in German, good English skills, additional language skills are an absolute plus
