What is my role?

• Ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of buildings, technical systems, and infrastructure

• Planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance, repair, and upkeep work

• Managing and controlling external service providers as well as participating in conversions and infrastructure projects

• Responsibility for compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements

• Supporting budget, cost, and energy optimisations as well as being the contact person for internal facility matters

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical or craft training with experience in facility management or building technology

• Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment is an advantage

• Experience with steam and condensate systems is an advantage

• Technical understanding as well as an independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style

• Organisational skills, assertiveness, and a strong service orientation
