Under the umbrella of the non-profit and non-commercial Siloah Foundation, the Siloah network consisting of hospital, long-term care, Spitex as well as operational and IT functions with around 1,000 employees forms the competence center for integrated care in old age. Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for mandate accounting according to FER/OR as well as for monthly and annual financial statements
- Management of the budgeting process and financial controlling as well as preparation of reports for management and external stakeholders
- Further development of operational accounting and cost/performance accounting
- Further development of financial management tools
- Participation in consolidations, audits, and reviews
- Ensuring complete service recording and billing
- Active role in optimizing and digitizing financial processes and introducing innovative tools
Your profile
- Completed business administration education and several years of experience in finance and accounting
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and solution development
- Analytical strength, networked thinking, and high implementation competence
- Resilience, structured working style, and clear communication
- Confident handling of IT systems (MS Office, ERP)
- Experience in healthcare is an advantage
