Head of the Parks and Promenades Office

Activities / Manage the Parks and Promenades Office responsible for the maintenance of all landscaped areas of the municipality, sports fields, playgrounds, and cemeteries. Organize all services of the Office regarding human resources, financial, operational, administrative, and legal aspects, in close coordination with the Road Office. Actively collaborate with the Office in charge of public space projects. Define the Office's objectives in line with the strategic directions of the Service. Implement projects adapted to climate change, supervise the biological production of the horticultural establishment, and promote biodiversity in urban areas. Support the Head of Service in preparing budgets, notes, and management reports and ensure the financial monitoring of the Office.
Desired profile / Hold a HES/EPF diploma (Bachelor) in landscape architecture or an equivalent qualification, ideally complemented by additional training in public administration / management. Have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, including 5 years managing a large team. Possess solid knowledge in the field of living organisms and master the processes related to managing a public entity. Demonstrate autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility.
