Masonry Team Leader - Building (M/F/D)

Job Description

• Organisation and supervision of masonry work on site
• Management of a team of masons and construction workers
• Task allocation and monitoring of work progress
• Execution of structural work: formwork, concreting, traditional masonry
• Reading and interpretation of execution plans
• Checking levels, alignments, and quality of work
• Coordination with the foreman and other site participants
• Management of equipment and preparation of site requirements
• Strict application and compliance with safety regulations

We Expect

• Proven experience in building masonry in Switzerland
• Initial experience in team management or willingness to evolve into a leadership role
• Good proficiency in reading plans
• Organisational skills and ability to motivate a team
• Autonomy, rigour, and team spirit
