YOUR TASKS

• Recording and managing error reports and communicating them to the customer using 8D reporting
• Definition, implementation, and assurance of corrective and preventive measures
• Supporting production with internal complaints
• Definition of inspection plans in the CAQ system
• Conducting internal audits according to the audit plan
• Support in test equipment management
• Creating and performing quality inspections with suitable measuring and testing equipment and their complete documentation

YOUR PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL PROFILE

• Completed technical training
• Further training in quality management or in training
• Professional experience in quality assurance
• Good English skills, spoken and written
• Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Outlook, ERP systems, and CAQ
• Independent and structured way of working
• Responsible with a high degree of initiative
• Strong communication skills, resilient, team player
