To strengthen our residential service, we are looking for a Junior Technical Manager who will ensure the technical follow-up of a portfolio of isolated units, composed of villas and apartments, in close collaboration with the Portfolio Manager.

Your main tasks
- Carry out inventory reports
- Conduct visits of properties for re-letting purposes
- Follow up on technical issues with tenants
- Carry out routine maintenance and renovation work
- Request quotes, analyse and adjudicate
- Manage terminations: schedule exit and entry inspections and draft reservation letters
- Validate and check invoice allocations and descriptions
- Manage and follow up on claims
- Owner relations: follow instructions, propose, advise and analyse valuation
- Manage all administrative tasks related to the role.
Profile sought
- Proven experience of 2 years in property management within an agency
- Excellent administrative skills, sense of priorities and organisation
- Perfect writing skills and clear communication, both oral and written
- Proficiency in Quorum software
- Ability to integrate quickly into a motivated and professional team
- Initiative, customer service orientation and rigour in work
- Languages: French; English is an asset.
