Head of Growth & Retention Streaming platform oneplus.ch (a) 80 - 100 %

• you develop and are responsible for strategic and operational measures for user growth and customer retention of our streaming platform oneplus.ch 
• you lead and develop the lifecycle and customer support team  
• you plan and implement acquisition measures – from SEO to referral programs to partnerships 
• you increase usage duration through retention measures such as personalized recommendations and onboarding emails 
• you reduce the churn rate through targeted analyses and initiatives 
• you design onsite communication with banners, pop-ups, and appropriate messages to increase conversion 
• you continuously analyze user behavior and KPIs, identify optimization potentials, and measure the success of your measures

• you already have several years of experience in user growth, customer lifecycle, or digital marketing 
• you are strong in data analysis and can make informed decisions based on KPIs 
• you have a good sense for UX and conversion optimization and are proficient in testing methods such as A/B testing 
• you enjoy collaborating with different teams and can communicate complex relationships understandably 
• you work in a structured, solution-oriented manner with initiative – even in day-to-day operations 
• you orient yourself to best practices from the streaming or platform environment and bring in new approaches  
• you speak German and English
