About the job
In this versatile role, you take on overall operational responsibility at the site and actively shape the further development of the house.
Tasks:
- Site responsibility
- Responsibility for finance, IT, real estate, security, and fire protection
- Coordination of holiday homes (Sant’ Agnese and Agarone) as well as support of the tenant situation (Sant’ Eugenio and Casa Cappellano)
- Personnel management
- Management and organization of the areas of housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance as well as surroundings
- Creating work schedules
- Support and assistance of employees
- Conducting team meetings and employee interviews
- Participation in recruitment in cooperation with the local superior and the management in Ingenbohl
- Guest services
- Organization and coordination of guest registrations
- Room allocation, preparation, and quality assurance
- Reception and care of guests in cooperation with the superior
- Invoicing
- Strategic co-design
- Co-designing the vision of Casa Sant’Agnese
- Participation in the further development and marketing of the offer
- Annual planning and annual goals
- Collaboration
- Close cooperation with the local superior (short decision-making and information paths)
- Directly reporting to the managing director of the Ingenbohl monastery
- Regular exchange with management and specialist departments in Ingenbohl (finance, personnel, meetings, training, ...)
Expectations:
- Training or further education in the field of hospitality and business management
- Several years of leadership experience
- Strong organizational skills, responsible and independent
- Enjoyment of a versatile role between hospitality, administration, and leadership
- Language skills in German and Italian, any additional language desired
- Interest in and acceptance of the spirituality of the Ingenbohl sisters as well as identification with their value orientation
