• Advice, service and sales to customers in the store and by phone
• Customer loyalty and prospecting new customers
• Stock monitoring and maintenance, inventory preparation
• Order placement and supplier relationship management
• Receipt and inspection of goods
• Preparation of customer orders
• Close collaboration and support to the workshop and sales team
• Management of administrative service documents, drafting of offers.

• Federal VET Diploma as an agricultural machinery mechanic or logistician or retail management
• Essential knowledge of agricultural technology
• Strong interest in sales
• Analytical skills, practical sense and manual dexterity
• Knowledge of stock management software is an advantage
• Excellent sense of hospitality and communication
• Good listening skills, patience and solution orientation
• Rigorous, flexible and versatile person with a good team spirit.
