Why this role?

As a Senior Consultant, you take responsibility for clients, projects, and business development. You lead demanding mandates, continue to work hands-on in projects, and develop existing as well as new client relationships.

Sales is an integral part of your role: you recognise client needs and opportunities, develop consulting offers from them, and win new projects and mandates. For this, you continuously expand your network and develop your own client portfolio.

At the same time, you bring in your experience to develop younger consultants and actively help shape our consulting.

What you bring

You have a completed Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.

You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in management consulting or in medium-sized or large companies and have worked in the area of digital transformation or corporate development.

You combine your solid technology understanding with your own professional focus, for example a sector focus or a methodological focus in areas such as data and AI, business analysis, requirements engineering, or IT project management.

You have drive and bring things to completion: you quickly create clarity, move from thinking to doing, and confidently take responsibility for several projects simultaneously.

You think entrepreneurially, recognise opportunities, and take ownership of clients, projects, and results.

You enjoy sales and business development and ideally bring initial experience in acquisition, project winning, or account management.

You build sustainable client relationships, maintain your network, and develop both purposefully.

You present yourself confidently, communicate persuasively, and move securely between specialists, management, and decision-makers.

You share your knowledge, give constructive feedback, and enjoy supporting less experienced colleagues in their development.

You use AI naturally, reflectively, and responsibly as a tool in your daily work.
