Your Tasks
- As team leader Attika Bar, you report to the restaurant management
- You are a passionate host and have sound knowledge of beverages
- Leading the bar team, training new employees and temporary staff
- Active sales and advising guests on beverage selection
- Active participation in service, preparation of cocktails and other drinks
- Participation from mise en place to daily closing
- Monitoring compliance with legal requirements for hygiene (HACCP) and youth protection
