Your Tasks
- Planning, organisation and coordination of complex consultation appointments across multiple medical specialties, including ensuring an efficient and smooth process.
- Professional telephone communication with patients and their relatives, referring parties, general practitioners, external services and insurance companies.
- Formatting and sending consultation reports, including careful review and administrative follow-up.
- Managing patient registration and responsible back-office duties requiring a high level of service orientation, accuracy and organisational strength.
- Supporting the medical team in a variety of organisational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a medical secretary or medical practice assistant (MPA)
- Sound knowledge of medical terminology as well as confident German language skills in speaking and writing
- Good IT user skills and confident handling of common programmes and clinical information systems
- Independent, efficient and reliable working style
- Enjoyment of a varied role and teamwork
