For our sales branches in Zurich, we are looking for dedicated hosts who inspire customers with passion, take responsibility and support and promote our employees in their daily work.

Your tasks include:

• Active and warm-hearted care of our customers
• Passionate sale of our baked goods and confectionery specialties
• Ensuring exemplary customer loyalty and a positive shopping experience
• Support, guidance and promotion of our employees in the protected environment as well as our trainees
• Independent completion of various tasks in daily branch operations
• Support during staff shortages also in other branches

You bring with you:

• Completed training in retail or gastronomy EFZ or equivalent experience in the food industry
• Initial experience in work pedagogy is an advantage
• High social competence, empathy and the ability to maintain professional boundaries
• Identification with the values of the St. Jakob Foundation
• Friendly and well-groomed appearance as well as sales and organisational talent
• Strong team spirit, customer orientation and resilience
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, partly also at weekends
• Impeccable reputation
