Skills
- Completed IT training or equivalent experience in IT support.
- Experience with Windows client environments and IT support.

Your opportunities with us
- you are the first point of contact for our employees and take on first- and second-level support – by phone, via the ticket system and on site
- you analyse faults, resolve them independently or coordinate further processing with the responsible specialist departments
- you look after around 650 computer workstations as well as our clinical and administrative applications and ensure smooth operation
- you install, configure and maintain hardware, software, network components as well as communication and peripheral devices
- you ensure that hardware, software, licence and inventory data are kept complete and up to date

You suit us if
- you have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ (platform development, operational IT or ICT specialist) or have a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- you have already gained experience in IT support and in the care of Windows client environments
- you ideally have knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune/MECM or comparable technologies; knowledge of the ERP system Opale is also an advantage
- you enjoy contact with people and see yourself as a service provider – the needs of our employees are your focus
- you communicate in a friendly, understandable and equal manner at all times, even in demanding situations
- you work independently, reliably and in a structured way and keep an overview even when things get hectic
- you are characterised by team spirit, initiative and a willingness to learn new things
