Responsibilities:
Professional and organisational leadership and further development of gynaecology and obstetrics
Independent care and treatment of patients in the gynaecological and obstetric outpatient clinic
Autonomous performance of surgical procedures
Participation in medical service operations and assuming specialist medical responsibility
Care of patients throughout the entire diagnostic and therapeutic process
Active involvement in shaping and further developing the medical offerings of the women’s clinic
Close interdisciplinary collaboration with other medical specialties and professional groups
Opportunity to contribute and further develop your own professional focus areas
Participation in the training, continuing education, and development of medical junior staff
Qualifications:
Specialist title in gynaecology and obstetrics
Several years of clinical experience and ideally leadership experience as senior physician or consultant
Fulfilment of the requirements for a Swiss professional practice licence
SGUM ultrasound certificate for gynaecology and obstetrics or an equivalent recognised qualification
Comprehensive knowledge across the entire spectrum of gynaecology and obstetrics
Focus on operative gynaecology is an advantage
Strong professional competence and high personal responsibility
Willingness to take responsibility and make decisions
Resilience and enjoyment of independent work
