- You lead the day as the person responsible and ensure a smooth process together with the team.
- You actively bring your expertise and ideas into everyday care.
You bring with you:
- A completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form.
- Joy and empathy in dealing with elderly people.
- Responsibility, independence and social competence.
- Team spirit and willingness to seek solutions together.
