- Administration and further development of hybrid Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments
- Analysis of complex technical issues in 2nd and 3rd level support
- Active identification, assessment, and reduction of security risks and vulnerabilities
- Creation and further development of technical concepts, system overviews, and operational documentation
- Independent execution of migrations, automations, and infrastructure projects
- Professional support of internal teams on demanding Microsoft Cloud topics
- Participation in on-call duty
- Many years of professional experience in highly available system environments
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Collaboration Services
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid Active Directory structures
- Good experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
- Experience with M365 backup solutions, ideally Commvault, is an advantage
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2)
- High level of personal responsibility and strong security awareness
- Possession of a category B driving licence

- High degree of freedom in operation, optimisation, and further development

Responsibilities
- Responsibility for operation, optimisation, and further development of the Microsoft 365 infrastructure- Administration and further development of hybrid Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments
- Analysis of complex technical issues in 2nd and 3rd level support
- Active identification, assessment, and reduction of security risks and vulnerabilities
- Creation and further development of technical concepts, system overviews, and operational documentation
- Independent execution of migrations, automations, and infrastructure projects
- Professional support of internal teams on demanding Microsoft Cloud topics

Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ System Technology- Many years of professional experience in highly available system environments
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Collaboration Services
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid Active Directory structures
- Good experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
- Experience with M365 backup solutions, ideally Commvault, is an advantage
