The beautifully located Hochweid Retirement Center in Kilchberg includes a retirement and nursing home with space for around 48 residents as well as a care living group with 10 places for people with dementia. The focus of our work is on palliative care and dementia care. Our center also includes a retirement settlement with 53 senior apartments and 5 additional senior apartments in the Conradstift at Dorfstrasse 80/82.

• Preparation and cooking of meals including special diets and ensuring high-quality food standards
• Co-responsibility for a healthy, fresh, and varied menu
• Co-responsibility for ordering
• Support of the kitchen team leader and taking over kitchen responsibility in their absence
• Personnel and professional leadership of 6 employees
• Continuous development of the kitchen area
• Ensuring impeccable kitchen hygiene according to the internal hygiene concept

• Completed training as a cook EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in healthcare and gastronomy
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Very good German skills (understanding of Swiss German)
• High sense of responsibility and hygiene awareness
• Passion for the profession and joy in working with elderly and aged people
• Resilience, flexibility, and teamwork combined with an appreciative and empathetic attitude

• Varied tasks in a committed team
