Job Description

• Active recruitment and acquisition of suitable specialists
• Independent conduct of interviews and support throughout the entire selection process
• New customer acquisition and targeted expansion of your industry portfolio
• Organisation and coordination between customers and employees, including all administrative tasks, to ensure everything runs smoothly in the background

We expect

• Completed vocational training
• Experience in a professional environment and a quick grasp of new information are advantageous
• Strong sales flair as well as performance and success orientation - you are proactive and want to make a difference
• Confident IT user skills at today’s level
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional foreign languages are an advantage
• Driving licence category B, so you can visit customers and employees on site
