The Bellevue Medical Group is aleading interdisciplinary network of neurological-neurosurgical and neuropsychological competence centers with around 200 employees in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.Every year, thousands of patients are treated with us both on an outpatient and inpatient basis. We rely on modern diagnostics, individualized therapy, as well as personal and sustainable care.
To strengthen our HR department, we are looking for a committed and motivated personality who supports our steadily growing company with competence and passion.
Your Area of Responsibility
In this versatile role, you will take on the following main tasks:
- Personnel administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle - from the creation of employment contracts, contract adjustments to work certificates
- Competent contact point for insurance and personnel-related questions
- Active participation in payroll processing as an interface to our fiduciary partner
- Handling of accident and illness notifications, family allowances, withholding tax and EO compensations
- Control in absence management
- Preparation of HR reports and evaluations
- Joint further development of the HR department within the team
Your Profile
- At least five years of practical experience in personnel administration, complemented by sound knowledge in payroll processing
- Completed commercial training as well as further education in the HR field
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Discreet, service-oriented personality with joy in contact with people
- Confident handling of common HR tools and MS Office
- Availability on Tuesday morning and Friday (mandatory presence days)
