What you achieve
- You inspire our construction site security customers with competent advice and actively contribute to high customer satisfaction.
- You acquire new customers in the construction site environment throughout Switzerland, maintain existing relationships, and specifically build contacts with relevant decision-makers.
- You conduct customer visits, presentations, and consultations and document them in a structured manner.
- You plan, implement, and analyze sales activities in close cooperation with your supervisor.
- You handle tenders and create convincing offers.
- You develop suitable measures for lead generation, launch campaigns and initiatives for the successful positioning of our service portfolio – in close collaboration with marketing and the team.
What you bring
- A completed technical or commercial basic education (EFZ) as well as further training in Key Account Management or comparable (HF level).
- Excellent communication skills in German (native language) and business fluent French in oral communication. English skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland.
- Experience in the construction industry – ideally with an existing network to general contractors, planners, and construction companies in German- and French-speaking Switzerland.
- Proven success in cold calling.
- A team-oriented, communicative personality who interacts confidently and appropriately with various stakeholders.
