Our therapy units are composed of professionals specialised in rehabilitation and the promotion of movement. We support patients in their recovery and autonomy through adapted therapeutic approaches.
To strengthen our team at our Porrentruy site, we are looking for a candidate for a start date from 1st October 2026 or to be agreed:
Adapted Physical Activity Therapist (APA)
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop adapted physical activity programmes according to their needs.
- Supervise and lead individual or group sessions.
- Work closely with the interdisciplinary team (physiotherapists, doctors, occupational therapists, etc.) to optimise patient care.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Participate in promoting physical activity as a therapeutic tool.
Qualifications
- Degree in Adapted Physical Activity (APA).
- Experience in a medical or rehabilitation environment preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, listening ability, and a sense of pedagogy.
- Ability to adapt interventions according to patients' needs and pathologies.
- Dynamism, autonomy, and initiative.
