For ten people with a demential development, the residential group is their center of life. As a team leader, you have a direct influence on the quality of life of these people. The well-coordinated team offers a high standard, which we want to maintain and continuously improve.
These are your tasks:
- you lead a team of 8 employees plus trainees professionally and personally
- you actively develop the ward further
- you are responsible for the care and support process
Your profile:
- you have completed training as a certified nursing professional HF or specialist LPB FA
- you are experienced in dealing with people with demential development and bring a constructive and benevolent attitude towards these people
- you have leadership skills
